Miscommunication about the Ford truck and the problem we had with it. Unfortunately the truck was towed to the dealership for service and then sat there.....The person we spoke to on the phone before towing had with it. Unfortunately the truck was towed to the dealership for service and then sat there.....The person we spoke to on the phone before towing the truck there did not tell the mechanic what was going on. The mechanic was in the dark about the problem. He was nice. We had to call 3 times before the truck was looked at. No service was done on it. More
