Amanda was professional in that she told me the charges up front, which I appreciated. However, when I went to pay the bill a 10% shop charge had been added to the bill which I was not informed of. Very poor and unprofessional service advisor. Tried to add unneeded service, unacceptable mark up on parts, and when bill came in lower, he increased labor costs.
