I got an oil change here (the works) and when I checked afterwords they had not filled up the other fluids such as my coolant and brake fluid as advertised in the fluids top off. Travis has no customer service skills. He did not check on me in the waiting room, and he let me sit there for an extra 45-50mins after my car was finished.
