Scary?!!! Ed Morse is so out of touch with its customers. Making a service appointment is a real challenge. Having to hold for a person while being blasted with Ed Morse high volume commercials, then the person on the other end has an issue and the line goes dead. Has happened four of the last five times. I'm not scared - I'm pissed. I called another local Ford dealer to check on ordering a part today. You know what, the receptionist was professional, and thanked me for calling DAHL FORD. Krieger's used to thank me every time I stopped in. Now the only one who thanks me is Todd Reinsager. Most eneryone else is gone. And then someone at the Ford Store has relegated Todd to the GM Store. Not sure who's in charge but whomever it is, they may need some lessons on management. So tell me, does Ed Morse really appreciate my business? Don't bother to answer. I already know the answer. Everytime I step foot in the Ford Store you can just feel the tension. Something has gone astray.
