When I bought my car, I purchase the Global Protection Plan - Gold Coverage. The way that it was sold to me described that if I have any necessity of break pre maintenance it would be covered. My car started to make a noise from the rear brake, whistling. I discovered that the protection plan did not cover brake disc and pad replacement, which are frequently required maintenance in the brake system. I felt deceived and disappointed with what was sold to me. Lastly, I was quoted $367 for a service that was sold to me as covered under the "Gold" plan. I didn't take out a "Gold" plan just to cover filter and oil changes and Tire Rotation. More
