Louis, my service rep, was very knowledgeable about my truck. He took the trouble to call me several times with informative progress reports. Jeff, my mechanic, did a superb job diagnosing and repairing a truck. He took the trouble to call me several times with informative progress reports. Great dealership to work with for an internet sale. I bought a 2017 Nissan 370Z from Weir Ford in November of 2017 as seen on Cars.com. I called and talked to the salesman who did a complete walk aroun I bought a 2017 Nissan 370Z from Weir Ford in November of 2017 as seen on Cars.com. I called and talked to the salesman who did a complete walk around and sent additional pictures. We discussed price and made arrangements for the sale. I travelled from Oklahoma to the dealership. Michael was nice enough to pick me up from the hotel and bring me to the dealership. The car was as advertised. Very clean and maintained. No surprises. The funds transfer and paperwork went quickly. Once again no surprises. No additional costs were added. All costs were exactly as discussed on the phone or email. The staff at Weir were very friendly and fast. Always a little nervous working from the internet and travelling a long distance to buy a vehicle but Michael and crew made it a good experience. More
