Outstanding Service Department Service Manager Dave Romeo was called to make an appointment for my 2010 Sienna. I had a few things needed to get done, and Dave was waiting on my arrival. I use Ed Morse Toyota in Delray Beach, FL although I live in Davie, FL (nearly 30 minutes away) because of the service he provides. Dave Romeo goes above and beyond to make my visit a pleasurable one. I pass at least five other Toyota dealerships that I know of on my way to be treated the way I do. Last January, I purchased a 2013 Venza from this same dealership, and he services the vehicle on a routine basis as well. Hats off to this truly exceptional service manager and for the service he provides. He is a complete asset to Ed Morse Toyota because he knows how to treat a customer & understands the customers needs. More
