PERFECTION AGAIN!!! I took my Chrysler Aspen in for service for a full health check-up. Sincere, courteous, knowledgable, professional, trustworthy etc..... need I say mo I took my Chrysler Aspen in for service for a full health check-up. Sincere, courteous, knowledgable, professional, trustworthy etc..... need I say more. You won't find a better service representative better than this guy, David Romeo. The service on my vehicle was top notch as well. I have a Dodge/Chrysler dealer within 5 minutes of my house but will always drive the extra 30 minutes as a result of the service I get at Delray Toyota and David Romeo. Thank you once again!!!!! David Romeo, Service Manager has consistently over performed with his immediate response and service every time I had need assistance with my vehicle and provides a total VIP experience. On a recent trip to show property in the Boynton area, I picked up a piece in my tire, which rendered driving impossible. The lock nut key I had on hand had failed, preventing our attempt to change the tire. I reached out to David Romeo who promptly dispatched a master key set to allow us to change the tire and proceed with my client. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE and BEYOND! I greatly appreciate David's courtesy, knowledge and experience. So much so, I definitely wanted to write this review! More
