First of all, Dee followed up with me several times as she knew I was looking at other dea I'd like to comment on the exceptional service I received. First of all, Dee followed up with me several times as she knew I was looking at other dealerships for a price comparison. Second, Norman Marcano did an outstanding job helping me find the vehicle that fit both my preferences and price point. He truly went out of his way. The first time I visited the dealership, I met with Norman. I was still shopping around and decided to go back to Ed Morse Delray Toyota. I asked to work with Norman since he left such a huge impression on me--he was honest, direct, and extremely accommodating. When my vehicle was delivered, Norman came in off of his vacation (!!!) to make sure everything went smoothly when I picked up the RAV4. Norman is dedicated to his customers and for that reason, I will surely be back in a couple of years to work with him again. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to offer assistance and looked genuinely happy to be there. The dealership was spotless. The only comment I have is that the signage by the road could be taller and/or more visible when approaching the dealership. I almost missed it twice because of the trees/bushes on the road. More

Always talks with a smile on this face and is always trying to take care of his customers needs. I always look forward to my service appointments more than my dentist appointments... LOL.... As in the past with my other representatives, Steve is always COOKIE WORTHY when I bake chocolate chip cookies. More
