Robert lied to my insurance company about when they could come out and inspect my clutch he said they only had a technician that could do it today after Thanksgiving.. Robert lied and told me they didn't hav come out and inspect my clutch he said they only had a technician that could do it today after Thanksgiving.. Robert lied and told me they didn't have a loaner car for me.. four days later I went in and talked to chacho he got me a car they ordered a part from my car they said it was out of the country turns out it was sitting in the FedEx warehouse on Clint Moore road for 5 days.. it took two days shy of three weeks to get my car back.. I bought 10 cars from Toyota in the last 15 years I was treated like garbage.. left mini messages with corporate nobody called me back the manager didn't call me back either I wouldn't let you people fix the tricycle for me now More

Very disappointed with recent car experience, was ready to buy rav4 from Justin, who claimed to be top salesman. Refused to send price info via email or sms. Promised $325 over telephone, with intention to buy rav4 from Justin, who claimed to be top salesman. Refused to send price info via email or sms. Promised $325 over telephone, with intention to do better once in store. When I came in priced was bumped to $385 and with hugggge discount was at $368. I was very disappointed the way Justin conduct his business. Will never deal with him or dealership ever again, will leave negative reviews on google, yelp will also connect with Toyota corporate office and will place complaints with them. More
The WORST service center! Several people talk to you before "consultant" Then over 2 hours later to rotate tires and 2 warning lights (tire pressure and windshield wash) car is finally brought to custo before "consultant" Then over 2 hours later to rotate tires and 2 warning lights (tire pressure and windshield wash) car is finally brought to customer area. Washer fluid light still on! Does NOBODY see this! Now consultant wants 2 more hours with car! What goes on here???? Service manager at "a meeting" when I call his voicemail full and cell number is wrong. This place has gone DOWNHILL More
Bought 2020 4runner sr5 here - miserable experience: sales & finance departments provide misleading info (i.e. they lie). Ed Morse had third-party (S.A.T. in Ft. Laud) install power liftgate pre-sales. sales & finance departments provide misleading info (i.e. they lie). Ed Morse had third-party (S.A.T. in Ft. Laud) install power liftgate pre-sales. Power liftgate failed first day of ownership. Took ed morse another 30 hours to correct, but power liftgate failed after another 5 weeks. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SYSTEM - almost hurt child while liftgate did it's erratic open/close act .. key was out of ignition. Have videos to show. Dealer refuses to take responsibility for this matter. I was actually planning on purchasing my new car here, but I went elsewhere after hearing horror stories from friends and family about this place. Their sales staff is very deceptive. A car was sold to one of my family members in which an unlisted feature almost hurt my niece. Absolutely horrific! More
Never going back after 25 years. During a regular oil change/tire rotation service was told 2/4 tires were down to 1/10 tread wear. They were purchased at this dealer less than 1 year ago and had less t change/tire rotation service was told 2/4 tires were down to 1/10 tread wear. They were purchased at this dealer less than 1 year ago and had less than 20,000 miles. No help from the service agent, Chacho (was told this was the service manager) or some "tire guy" in Miami who works for Ed Morse group. I was asked to pay (approx. $200 per tire) prorated for replacing? THESE WERE a $1500 set of Michelins. After my own refusal to pay and a lot of phone calls. Found out ED MORSE DELRAY TOYOTA IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED MICHELIN DEALER. Authorization doesn't blanket to all their dealerships. Was sent by Michelin to have the vehicle tires inspected elsewhere and they were deemed FINE. 7/10 tread wear when the dealership reported 1/10. This is not a mistake but rather an appalling disparity and sign of Ed Morse dealerships bad service behavior and lack of customer care. Then I'm blamed for my driving, acceleration, Florida heat, etc. ? Ludicrous. It's the 3rd set of tires I've had on the vehicle: 2 sets previously lasted upward of around 40,000 miles each and one set was purchased at this dealer. Same driver, same vehicle, garage kept, highway miles, all regular servicing done at THIS LOCATION. Again, 25 years of history, I am done. Have called, sent a letter, NO replies from anyone except someone emailing to SELL ME A CAR? Family owned? They sure wouldn't treat their Mom this way. More
The internet and phone sales team need some work to be more available and helpful prior to being onsite. Once in the showroom they were honest, upfront, and helpful when purchasing a used vehicle. No tr more available and helpful prior to being onsite. Once in the showroom they were honest, upfront, and helpful when purchasing a used vehicle. No trying to sell me extended warranties I did not want or need. Found me a fantastic interest rate also. More
