Beware with this dealer. We bought a used car from them, it was a certified 2020 rav4. After a few months I ended up selling it to another place. When I went to ask for a reimbursement on the added services, back on February 2022, I was helped by Mr. Donovan, who processed my request and told us to wait about 6-8 weeks for the checks to be mailed to my address. Checks where for over two thousand dollars. They never arrived… I recently moved to Texas and I’ve been over 2 MONTHS! Trying to reach someone over the phone, after leaving thousands of messages and calls after calls, finally Mr. Alan on finance reached back to us and told me that they actually never processed the paperwork and that if wanted to to it again, it was going to be almost 400 dollars less. Why should I loose money over their mistake? Anyhow, he asked me to call him back 2 days later to process the request, that was almost a month ago, and again I haven’t been able to reach him or someone who can solve this issue. I have even asked a friend in Florida to go personally and he could not talk to anyone since it was Alan's day off and Donavan was nowhere to be found, so the receptionist said she would leave a message at Alan's desk. Again, I live in Texas, and looks like I am going to have to take a flight to Florida just to solve this issue. By the way, I came to a Toyota dealer here in TX and they tried calling on my behalf and everything, they where SHOCKED to see how this dealer doesn’t care at all about their clients, and apologized in name of Toyota because they know Ed Morse could do way better. I will continue to post in every single place the reviews they deserve until this gets resolved. They have all my voice mail, they know how to reach back to me. More
