This was extremely important since I was purchasing the car from Georgia and had to rely on Carlos to handle everything and to keep me informed. He was very resourceful and knowledgeable. He sent me pictures and videos of my car when it arrived since I could not be there to see it and inspect it myself. Carlos was wonderful and I would highly recommend him!
