I just want to say that I was in contact with Wayne Feldman when i was intrested in purchasing / leasing a new car. He was intrumental letting me know when it was avantagous for my trade in. My service advisor was very knowledgeable and kept me updated about the status of my repairs as a part had to be couriered in while I waited. I had a number of very technical questions about the new hybrid Toyota cars (probably more than most people have) and Jeff was kind enough to grab a very highly qualified service technician from the back and patiently answered all of my questions. I was very impressed. I must admit that we haven't yet purchased a car from the dealership (yet) but my wife and I were so impressed with Jeff's level of service and attention to detail that when the time comes our purchase will be through Jeff. He really made an excellent impression on my wife and I (as did the follow-up call from the customer service rep the next day). By the way, I have spoken to Jeff several times since our visit to the showroom. I am looking for a specific set of options on a used Prius, and although I have not found what I am looking for yet, Jeff has called me on every used Prius that has come into the lot. My experience was excellent. My sales person Jeff Fuscaldo was great and made everything very no hassle and no pressure. Joe Almerares was terrific....He even came to our house and showed us many more things about the GPS. We were in the market for a new red 2010 Prius...which were getting scarce by the end of the year. The car at Ed Morse Delray was the color we wanted but had some equipment we didn't want...but Jeannie Nowak and Wayne Feldman held the car for me and gave me more in trade-in to get the price closer to what we hoped to pay. We drove 75 miles to buy this car and Jeannie held it for us for a day until we could get there...just on our word that we would buy it. We were treated well at the dealership. In case you wondered, I am not an employee of Delray Toyota but a retired school teacher from Illinois now retired in Florida. More
