What a great experience! I have never enjoyed going car shopping as much as I enjoyed going to Delray Toyota. The car was not for myself, but for my parents who were not with me the first time I walked in shopping as much as I enjoyed going to Delray Toyota. I met Roy Ball who had a big smile on his face and was very professional from the start. He took the time to listen and acknowledge all my needs, and found the perfect car for them. He never tried to talk me into anything we didn't need or want. I went to Delray Toyota because a friend who bought several cars before highly recommended that I see him. I can tell you, this was the best buying experience that I ever had. Thank you Roy for changing my thoughts about a car dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Roy for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again for the wonderful experience. More

As a long-time customer of the ED Morse Service dept, I have always received top notch customer service. On 04/29/11 I was in need of a new power steering pump. My Toyota vehicle, a rare model Supra, often have always received top notch customer service. On 04/29/11 I was in need of a new power steering pump. My Toyota vehicle, a rare model Supra, often needs to have the parts specially ordered requiring that I leave it at the dealership until the parts are received. As the 29th was a Friday and my car would not be ready until Mon I was given a 2011 Camry to use as a loaner. When you stop in for service ask for Susan Fox. She has been my service writer for almost 7 years and has always been a pleasure to work with. You cannot find a more honest,hard-working, or more dedicated individual than Susan. Her attention to details and willingness to really help her customers puts her in a class by herself. There is a beautiful lounge area at the dealership to hang out while you wait plus they also play some great music over their inhouse system. More

I would recommend both Roy Ball as well as this dealership. My wife and I were shopping for a Hybrid at multiple dealers. We found Roy Ball to be knowledgeable of his competition, friendly and clearly knew his product. He was able answer all of questions with easy to understand language and also with a smile. So far I have referred two other family's to Roy and both have purchased cars. I know they are happy as they both thanked me personally for the referral. We all feel the same, it is rare to find a car salesman who doesn't leave you with the feeling that you were talking to a car salesman! I hate to use that analogy, but more often than not buying a car can be stressful. Roy makes a positive impact on his profession. More

I had a number of very technical questions about the new hybrid Toyota cars (probably more than most people have) and Jeff was kind enough to grab a very highly qualified service technician from the back and patiently answered all of my questions. I was very impressed. I must admit that we haven't yet purchased a car from the dealership (yet) but my wife and I were so impressed with Jeff's level of service and attention to detail that when the time comes our purchase will be through Jeff. He really made an excellent impression on my wife and I (as did the follow-up call from the customer service rep the next day). By the way, I have spoken to Jeff several times since our visit to the showroom. I am looking for a specific set of options on a used Prius, and although I have not found what I am looking for yet, Jeff has called me on every used Prius that has come into the lot.
