I own a VW which is a fortune to service at the VW service centers. Richie reyes found competitive rates for parts and service that surpassed any before. I will never use my model dealership again. The tech believed I needed 4 new tires but Rich double checked it, assured me I need only 2 and then test drove it to be certain. He did not let me overpay but did not allow me to sacrafice safety. He gave me personal care, provides me with a rental but escorted me every step to make sure I was taken care of by each department. He is such a nice man who takes pride in his job and is the first male service rep who didnt talk down to me just cause im a female. He treated me like a customer and not a woman. I will take my VW back to richie reyes from now on for value, service and person attention. More

Lowell was very friendly when I dropped my car off for an oil change. He was quick to offer to provide me a ride to my office so I can go to work. It's not only because of the quality of work or the price, it is the overall experience of going there. David Romeo, the service manager is always there to greet me with a smile, a handshake, and a warm greeting, asking me how I have been and how my day has been so far. It's such a nice feeling to have someone care that you came to have service at their work. He makes you feel like you made his day by coming in. David keeps you updated on the time frame that you will be there and is always checking on you to make sure you are ok. I can call him or show up and he has the answer to every question I have and will make sure I have the prompt and effective service possible, and that it is pleasant.
