from the moment i walked into the dealership and was greeted by the assistant general manager,brian danahy,i immediately felt like i was being treated special, like an old friend...very gracious and acc greeted by the assistant general manager,brian danahy,i immediately felt like i was being treated special, like an old friend...very gracious and accomodating. brain proceeded to walk me down to the service dept. where i was met by a very knowledgeable fellow,steve baez. although i went in for only an oil change and perhaps some windshield wipers, steves keen eye caught that my tires in the front were wearing badly. he recommended i change them and i did just that. he then helped me to pick a tire that was durable, dependable and affordable.he thouroughly explained my warranty and was patient when answering my questions. also, told me i didnt need wipers and just cleaned them for me, showing me the problem and telling me how to maintain them. my fiance and i were both impressed with the service, speed, and accuracy steve dispalyed. i bought my toyota camry in dec 09 and i only take it to the dealer for service,albeit a bit of a distance from me. why? cause they are the best. i recommend the dealership to anyone i know in the market for an automobile. i will never buy a car anywhere else. these guys deserve recognition for a job well done. oh, and lastly, i did notice the overall cleanliness of the dealership. i was quite impressed. they are running a top notch operation! thanks to brian danahy and crew! sincerely-patti burns...satisfied customer... I came from NJ and tried Ed Morse Toyota for service when we moved to Florida nine years ago. I have never had a better auto dealership experience. All of the service registration staff have done a good job so we just take the first one available. I never worry about "being taken" because the service manager, David Romeo, has gone out of his way to see us and make sure our questions are answered and our cars are properly serviced. As seniors, without great car expertise, we really appreciate his sincere interest, knowledge, and integrity. Because of him we have purchased our new cars from this dealership (feeling comfortable that we are buying the right car for our needs at a great price). Of course we research performance data and pricing online, but its always nice to work with an expert in the field. Its as if we have a member of the family in the business (we are not related). The Dealership has gone to great lengths to make wait time pleasant with a comfortable waiting area, TV, PCs with internet access, and complementary refreshments. I did not come in expecting to buy a new car but to replace the tires on my old 2004 camery. But before I went to the service office I went to the sales area because my wife received a promation in the mail for a free prize and I tried that 1st and taled to the lady and then she introduced me to Oscar and we started talking and I quickly liked him and they way he talked to me about giving hime a chance to show me a new 2011 1st before I bought the tires for the old camery. We were happy with the variety of models and colors offered by the dealership. We had been shoppng around and we were deciding between a Volkswagen Jetta and a Toyota Corolla. I looked up ratings on Consumer Reports, and the corolla had a higher score. Next came price--we were able to lease a 2011 corolla that fit our budget and needs. We felt that the sales reps that took care of us worked hard to fit our needs and our budget. More

These guys were wonderful and while when I intially walked in Kane was the Up person I had questions he could not answer being he was new (2 days) Jim helped him and was very patient with both of us! walked in Kane was the Up person I had questions he could not answer being he was new (2 days) Jim helped him and was very patient with both of us! I was not in the least put off that Kane admitted he was new it was much better than having someone fake it. I would recomend this dealership to anyone. Further more I am 52 years old and have never LOVED a car more than this Venza. I took it in for leather yesterday and the service department was a pleasure and I now have my new car back. Washed and filled with gas!! UNBELIEVABLE Jim was great and he never made me feel like helping out the new guy was an issue--I don't know who collected the commission but it should be both!! I am also a repeat customer from 2008 and how much things have improved is increadable Thank you Sharon Richards More

Ljubica Rom and Tony Fernandes did not pressure me in a bad way. They informed all I needed to know about the used vehicle that I was looking and were extremely polite and courteous, like every car sales bad way. All in all they said the right words, got a deal that I could consider fair (not cheap) and treat me right. In fact I was there just after being in another dealer, looking for the same Tundra, but I didn't like the behavior of the salespeople and didn't purchase the vehicle not because its price or conditions, but just because I didn't like the salesperson speech. More
