I came into the dealer to redem a coupon for maybe winning a new car or another prize, I got the umbrella. Also to buy new tires for my 2004 camry. Oscar got me a great deal on a trade in for my old camry and also worked with me to get a great monthly payment that I could afford. From the moment I met him he made me feel comfortable that I could trust him and I did, and I am not a very trusting person especially to car salesmen. I am looking for to a great realonship with the ED Morse Family and especially Oscar when I come into the dealership for anything I need for my new camry or my wife's corolla. I brought my car to have two recalls corrected. Not only were the recalled items fixed, but the fluids were topped off and the car was washed, all for no charge. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to have repairs done. The service was exceptional. I was hesitant to go at first because of an experience at another dealership that recently "found" severe repairs done. The service was exceptional. I was hesitant to go at first because of an experience at another dealership that recently "found" severe problems that I was quoted thousands of dollars to repair. After bringing it to Delray Toyota, I learned that only one thing was wrong - and, the best part, ---it was a warranty issue and I did not have to pay. The other dealership was ready to take an exorbitant amount of money from me and made me feel like my car would fall apart if I didn't have the repairs done.
