Our experience was wonderful. We selected our vehicle on line and completed a credit application. When we arrived at the dealership, our salesperson, Jackie, had our car clean and ready for us to test driv line and completed a credit application. When we arrived at the dealership, our salesperson, Jackie, had our car clean and ready for us to test drive. She explained all we needed to know about the car and what we can expect for maintenance, and all the features. When we had questions about the certification, she brought in the service manager and the tech who worked on the car. We couldn't ask for more than that! The finance manager got us a lower rate than quoted. Overall, a very professional and friendly environment. We will definitely return. More
