I can't tell how many times I've had my daughters car in for service out of state and now in Florida. Dealing with David Romeo is a major plus!!! The best dealership I have ever gone to for regular maintenance servicing. Brought Highlander in for first scheduled maintenance. Appointment was made in advance and I was promptly greeted when I arrived, which was exactly at the time of the appointment, 9AM. As always, Susan Fox wrote up the service, told me how long I should expect to wait, and asked if I had any questions. The service was completed exactly within the time frame Susan Fox had provided. Obviously Susan Fox did not do the service on the vehicle, so cudos to the service technician also. More

Susan has always done a fine job for me. I think they need to use the intercom to call clients when their autos are ready from service instead of walking around yelling. Just a thought. This was my first service since having purchased my Toyota Corolla from Ed Morse. From the time I drove up I was greeted by several employees in the service bay. Directed to my service adviser who wa Toyota Corolla from Ed Morse. From the time I drove up I was greeted by several employees in the service bay. Directed to my service adviser who was extremely pleasant and helpful. After checking the car in, I was directed to the waiting room which had bagels and coffee available for customers who were waiting. Overall the service took less than an hour (thirty minutes faster than the estimate) and was the best I have encountered in many years. Leaving my old dealer and car company for Ed Morse Toyota was the best decision! More
