Mr Tim Beard is the service consultant that all dealers, regardless of vehicle should have. He epitamizes WHAT A SERVICE CONSULTANT shuld be. he does not "sell" repairs or service he takes the time to tal regardless of vehicle should have. David shows me that he knows my time is valuable and makes sure my car is serviced promptly and effectively. He makes sure I am comfortable while I am waiting and gives me updates so I know when I will be able to leave. I live over 30 minutes away but it is worth it to drive an hour round trip, to receive the kind of customer service I get at Delary Toyota. I recommend them and David, to my family and friends, regardless of the type of vehicle they drive and they all have the same amazing experience. This past weekend I traded in a 2009 Corolla for a 2012. My lease was expiring in August of this year and my service advisor Tim Baird mentioned that I might be able to get a deal when you're in the last 6 My lease was expiring in August of this year and my service advisor Tim Baird mentioned that I might be able to get a deal when you're in the last 6 months of the lease and told me to call Marlene Greenberg. Marlene got me a terrific deal and a gorgeous red car! She was very professional, compassionate, outgoing and knowledgeable. She even got my elderly mother a cup of hot chocolate while we were working on the paperwork! My mother wants to go back to the dealership to visit Marlene. Tim Baird is the only service advisor we have used for the past 7+ years, he is very honest and never suggests an unnecessary repair.
