While in for service on November 6, 2012, I was greeted warmly by Service Manager, David Romeo. I am constantly amazed by how friendly and helpful he is when I bring my car to the dealership. He seems to always go the extra mile to make the experience pleasant, whether it be to help me transfer my articles from one car to another, or making sure that my children and I are comfortable while we wait. David always makes scheduling the maintenance on my vehicle easy and works around my schedule. He realizes that my time is valuable and consistently makes sure that the work is done in a timely manner, which is extremely important as a mother of three children. I have never had such pleasant experiences when bringing in my vehicles for service. David is an outstanding manager but also makes you feel like more than just another customer. I have also dealt with Charlie Temkin on a few other occasions. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter the same genuine concern for my needs when we were discussing possibilities for my new vehicle. He was extremely friendly and sincere in all our dealings, which made the whole experience pleasant. After purchase, he took the time to show me how the vehicle worked and even helped me program my bluetooth with some of my most used contacts. I have never experienced a dealership with such friendly, sincere and professional people. I normally dread going to purchase a vehicle and tried to put off getting service, knowing how long and unpleasant the time would be. Ed Morse Delray Toyota makes it a pleasant experience, both in purchasing and in servicing your vehicle. I will remain a loyal customer because of employees like David Romeo and Charlie Temkin. More

He always adds that extra measure of warmth to every experience, and I never leave that dealership feeling like "just another customer". He always goes FAR above and beyond, even helping this mom with her rambunctious 3-year-old. This man has patience like NO OTHER!! Always smiling, always leaving us feeling that we have been cared for as if we're his own family. Thank you for choosing David to lead the service department. He is THE reason we are married to your dealership! Our lease is up soon, and he even had Charlie Temkin call us to advise us what our options are. Charlie called the SAME DAY with all of the information we needed to decide on our next TOYOTA! Even Charlie personified the professional and patient character that is essential in this business. As usual Howie Rosenberg has gone over the top with his service. My bill is ALWAYS less than the estimate and his attitude and caring ways make the money spent easier to bear. Dave Romeo has helped me service my car for years. He is professional, extremely knowledegable and courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. My wife and I went in to look at a Prius 2 and had to wait 10 minutes at the front desk for one of the internet sale people to come out after they were paged twice. We were given the friendly greeting and handed off to Bernie Davis who took us into his office to go over our color choice. This process took around 15 minutes as we came in wanting the internet pricing which Bernie acted like it was a huge deal to get the color we wanted for the "Special price" In the middle of web searching he left to help out another customer which we thought was odd. We took a test drive and when we got back Bernie had to go ask if the prius we picked out would be approved under the internet pricing ( which it was if you go to their website) Bernie left my wife and I and 6 month old baby in his office for 30 minutes waitng for an answer so we decided to leave. As we were walking out we saw Bernie sitting in the manager's office talking and we waived to him and he ignored us. I will never buy from any Ed Morse dealership again. More
Dave has been taking care of my parents car since they purchased it. My dad always complimented Dave on taking care of him so graciously and quickly. since my dad's passing we have continued to experience purchased it. We know that when we take our car in that it will not be an all day affair he gets us in and out very fast. We have recommended your dealership to friends and tell them to deal with Dave and when they do they rave about him. When we leave your dealership after a service appointment we are assured that the work was done correctly and we even get a clean car when they are done.
