While driving from NY water started accumulating from the air conditioner inside the car. I called Ed Morse Delray Toyota where I purchased the car and the fellow I spoke to told me it would not be covered u air conditioner inside the car. I called Ed Morse Delray Toyota where I purchased the car and the fellow I spoke to told me it would not be covered under warranty even though my Highlander is less than three years old and has less than 36,000 miles. He told me to come in the next day and that I'd be charged $49. to clean out the debris. When I visited the dealership the next day, I was told the air conditioner cleanout would be $225 and I'd be charged an additional $790 for drying carpeting and replacing padding. I declined the $1100 worth of recommended repairs, and brought the car to another South Florida dealership where they did all the work under warranty and did not charge me a dime. Ed Morse Delray Toyota ran up the charges and tried to hose me. They did not even have a record of my appointment and refused to back off their claim that the problem should be covered under warranty. I will never consider buying another car from them and will definitely never use their service department. More
We came in to get my Mom a new car, her lease was expired. Marlene Greenberg was extraordinary! She not only got us the price we needed, she spent a long time with my mom teaching her how to use her new car! Mom said that no other salesperson at Ed Morse had done that for her before. Marlene went to bat for us, and showed us that with the new safety features of the 2014 model, my mom's insurance would decrease, effectively decreasing her overall costs per month. Everyone was happy... I would recommend going to Marlene Greenberg at Ed Morse Toyota in Delray Beach! Nice lady, and she was empathetic to the needs of older customers. More

I depend on David Romeo to keep my vintage Land Cruiser running great. I get my Lexus sedan serviced here too as it is closer, cheaper and friendlier than trudging to Lexus. I Recently purchased a Toyota from this dealership and had a issue with my car being damaged from a tint shop that this dealer uses. I went to see David Romeo the service manager to explain what had happe had a issue with my car being damaged from a tint shop that this dealer uses. I went to see David Romeo the service manager to explain what had happened to my car and he told me that it was not DelrayToyota's problem and that I would have to take it up with the tint shop that did the work or if I didn't want to do that I should live with the damages that occurred.While i was talking to him this man Eric Silcox the parts and service director came into his office and started yelling at me telling me that there not doing anything for me and was yelling so loud that he turned red like a tomato. Eric Silcox then told me to leave the dealership.This was the most disgusting treatment I have ever received from any place of business and I have been a loyal customer to Edmorse Delray Toyota for almost ten years. ERIC SILCOX SHOULD BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY from his position so that no one else has to ever be embarrassed and yelled at the way that I was at the Edmorse Delray Toyota Service Dept. Excellent experience as always with David Romeo and the Service Department. Attendants in the Service drive were courteous and attentive. Suggested repairs and maintenance were clearly explained to help me Service Department. Attendants in the Service drive were courteous and attentive.
