AWESOME SERVICe I went in to have an oil change and tire rotation before my trip to Fort Myers....when I saw Howie walking towards me I was filled with dread, now wha I went in to have an oil change and tire rotation before my trip to Fort Myers....when I saw Howie walking towards me I was filled with dread, now what I don't want to hear it. Howie kindly let me know I needed to have my water pump replaced; had to be done or the repercussions would be BAD. The service department was EXTREMELY busy, crowded, as it is a BIG holiday weekend. It took driver (Bob) awhile to get me as he was out with other people, totally understandable. I did get dropped off at home and Bob got me a few hours later. To this point all is well. Thanks to all the staff at Ed Morse Toyota for being so caring, HONEST and helpful. These times are challenging and finances can be tight; they work with you to keep you SAFE and in a budget. I would HIGHLY recommend the dealership to people looking for a new, or pre-owned vehicle or service. Thank you Carmine for all that you are and do for your staff and staying in my personal loop since I purchased my 2009 Toyota at the dealership. More

When I arrived at Service in Toyota in Delray, the first thing I asked, of Customer Service Manager Vidya Popp, was for a service advisor who was COMPETENT. And competent is what I got in Steve Baez. Steve and his team went above and BEYOND any expectations I had of service reps. He has set a new bar of standard for my expectations, not only for auto service, but customer service as an entire industry. I would like to commend Ms. Vidya on her knowledge of her staff, and for delivering EXACTLY what I asked for - a competent service advisor. I will proudly be back again, thanks to Steve and all of his efforts. More

It was my first stop and honestly, I was only looking/fact-finding, with the intention of looking into other manufacturers. However, the friendliness and service that was given to me won me over. I had no interest in looking elsewhere. I have leased many vehicles in the past from other manufacturers and always dreaded the experience of looking and the hassle of leasing and/or purchasing. David Hoover, Luis Velez, and Ernest Biel made it such a pleasure doing business that when my lease on the Highlander XLE is up, I will be returning. I'm hoping these gentlemen are still around in three years!! My life keeps me pretty busy and I am not one to usually take the time to make a "big deal" out of things; however, I have posted a "Like" on my Facebook page, commented on Delray Toyota's Facebook page, and anyone I come in contact with have mentioned this dealership. I found a white 2011 Toyota Tundra Crew Max truck for sale on the Ed Morse Delray Toyota website. The price for the truck (on the Ed Morse Delray Toyota website) I was interested in was listed for $26,0 sale on the Ed Morse Delray Toyota website. The price for the truck (on the Ed Morse Delray Toyota website) I was interested in was listed for $26,037. I called ahead to let the dealership know I was driving down from over 70+ miles away to see the truck because I was interested in it. After driving about an hour and a half south of where I live I arrived at the dealership. When I arrived I made contact with the Internet Sales person I had spoke to on the phone. He quickly passed me off to another sales associate and then disappeared. I told the sales associate who was helping me what truck I was interested in and he attempted to locate the truck on the dealership lot. After about 15 minutes the sales associate located the truck which was being worked on in the Service Department. He took me via golf cart to see the truck which was on a lift up in the air with all four wheels off of it. Why the dealership sent the truck back to the Service Department when they knew I was driving down to see it is beyond me. After seeing the exterior of the truck on the lift the sales associate took me to his office where we spoke briefly about the vehicle I wanted to trade in (an excellent condition inside and out fully loaded 2006 Mazda 6i Grand Touring Edition Sedan with 61k miles.) My Mazda has a clean Car Fax Report and is fully loaded with every option possible. Kelly Blue Book "TRADE-IN VALUE" showed my Mazda was worth $7,500.00. After the dealership valued my vehicle they told me my Mazda's trade-in value was only $3,000.00. Then they proceeded to tell me there was a mistake in the online price of the truck on their website. They stated the truck was actually $29,037 and not $26,037. I offered to trade my Mazda along with a cashier's check already made out to their dealership for $18,000.00 and they said what I was willing to offer and what they wanted for their truck was not even close. The Kelly Blue Book "TRADE-IN VALUE" of my vehicle is $7,500.00 + the $18,000.00 cashier's check made my offer a reasonable one. If you do the math I was offering them $25,500.00 for a truck they had listed on their site for $26,037. They wouldn't budge $463.00 to make a deal. They LOW BALLED my trade-in and JACKED UP THE PRICE of the truck $3,000.00 after I had driven an hour and a half one way to come and see a truck that.... I NEVER EVEN GOT TO SEE because it was back in the Service Department the entire time. The sales associate who assisted me was nice. I don't have anything to say about the online sales associate who I spoke with over the phone prior to driving down to the dealership because he passed me off to the other sales associate before I even knew what happen. If you are looking for a Toyota ***DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME*** going to this dealership! Pick another Toyota dealership and go there instead. To Whom It May Concern ... In conversation with David Romeo he offered to come to my home and pick up my 4Runner for service! This experience was AMAZING! David picked up my 4Runner and life was easy. David Hoover is a liar. I attempted to buy a car several weeks ago and told the salesperson to call me if they would meet my price. David called me at 9am on a Saturday morning to tell me they would accept my price. So I didn't waste my time, i confirmed the model, options, down payment, and color. He agreed to the terms. I went down to the dealership and guess what? The downpayment increased by $500 and the monthly payment increased by $10. David lied to me and wasted my time. I fell for a cheap salesman trick. This dealership wanted me to buy a car with the basis of the relationship to be a lie and deception. I wonder if David goes to church and says "Hey! I fed my family because I lied and cheated my customers!". What a sorry excuse for an employee. There are several Toyota dealers in South Florida that now have an opportunity to earn my business. John Allsopp is a asset to the Delray Toyota Service department. He is very professional and always greats us with the smile. We have 2 Toyota's Avalons and love them. He got us a ride home because the part would not be in until the next morning. The price was just way he said it was and the air conditioner is working fine. I will always call John when I am bringing either of my cars in for service. More
