With good customer service, and pleasant staff this rating, and my experience could be totally different. I have dealt with 3 total Toyota dealerships for service needs in Florida; this dealership is by far the worst I have visited. Prior to the currently discussed issue, there was an additional issue in scheduling of appointments prior to parts being received. No respect for customers, or regards for their time. More

We have always had excellent service of our cars and when shopping for a vehicle we have been treated with the utmost respect and dignity. David Romeo delivers outstanding service. It is most important that our family has the assurance that if there is an issue with any of our cars that David is there to assist. We recently purchased new a Toyota, our experience with the sales staff was excellent. Chris Vicciarelli and Joe Almeraris were patient, fair and most accommodating. Setting the Benchmark for Excellence With my wife going back to school, I needed to downsize to an older car that would be easier on the wallet and gas pumps. Over the past several years, my family has purchased eight vehicles from Ed Morse Delray Toyota. I found a used car on the lot and called Chris Clark who we’ve by dealing with for years. As usual, the out the door price was unbeatable and transaction was seamless I had some work done on the car through the dealer service with Dave Romeo and Eric Silcox. The cost was accurate and honest and Dave ensured the vehicle was inspected, serviced, and cleaned. I met the service tech TJ who completed the work on my car. TJ is by far one of best techs at Toyota. TJ is honest, accurate, and goes above and beyond to ensure his work exceeds your expectations. Without a doubt, it was a pleasure to conduct business with such great people. Dave, Eric, TJ, and Chris are truly an asset to the Ed Morse organization and set the benchmark for excellence. Been coming here for years Dave Romeo at Delray Toyota has been taking care of my family's cars for years. This time it was to replace the power steering line in my ancient Land Dave Romeo at Delray Toyota has been taking care of my family's cars for years. This time it was to replace the power steering line in my ancient Land Cruiser w 220K+ miles. Before that it was tracking down a short in the electrical system (no charge, btw). I also bring in my Lexus sedan (150K+ miles) which he keeps running and in top condition. Last month he put on new Michelins, same price as Costco. Also bring in my 89yo mom's Lexus SC300. Dave is always super courteous and does the job. Wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Sales and service as well. having a son attending the university of Florida in Gainesville we always have his car serviced at delray when home on breaks because we know the car is in good hands. Well my son had an issue with his tires and we needed immediate attention. Hats off to Dave Romeo and Eric Silcox when I reached out to Dave he and Eric put me in touch with the service director at GatorLand Toyota and the matter was addressed and my son received VIP treatment!
