Stephen and Majed were both very professional and easy to work with - they gave me a great price, and treated me with respect during the entire process. This was the first time I had ever contacted or been into Delray Toyota, and I must say it was a great experience! These two salesmen made it quick, easy, very pleasant, and a truly exceptional experience. Even those who helped with the finance (Michael) and the others I met at the dealership were all very professional. I definitely recommend Stephen, Majed, and Delray Toyota. More
STAY AWAY!!! WORST DEALERSHIP DON'T BE SCAMMED!!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME TO ED MORSE TOYOTA! By far the worst sales experience we have ever had (I've purchased 3 veh DON'T BE SCAMMED!!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME TO ED MORSE TOYOTA! By far the worst sales experience we have ever had (I've purchased 3 vehicles in the last 2 years.) This place is very unorganized, nobody seems to know anything about inventory. We were told they had the exact vehicle we were looking for (Toyota Tacoma), and after we drove 45 minutes from home to check it out, they proceeded to take us on a 20 minute golf cart drive to discover they didn't even have a single truck in stock, they just LIED to get us in the door. I had a very nice sales man, David **, so decided to give them another chance....HORRIBLE MISTAKE! After another 4 hours working out a deal, they lied and changed the terms we had agreed upon on the paperwork. When I brought up the change, I was told the sales manager was gone for the day and the entire process was a waste of time. I gave them many chances to make it right, since they had exactly the car I was looking for, but after this experience, I'm taking my business elsewhere! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! More
Service Department Nightmare I purchased a new Toyota and was recommended by Toyota Corporate to go to this dealership. I had my vehicle there twice, and to my dismay they did not I purchased a new Toyota and was recommended by Toyota Corporate to go to this dealership. I had my vehicle there twice, and to my dismay they did nothing to satisfy the issue. However they did cause great aggravation and insulted my intelligence by informing me that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle when i know that there is. I first met with Chris Sheehan, and he was very nice and tried to be helpful.On my second time in which was 3 days later I met with Chris Allsop who explained what the situation was and even knew what the problem was with my vehicle, but chose to inform me that nothing was wrong according to his standard. After speaking with a case manager at Toyota they suggested that I make a 3rd appointment with Eric in service, so they could open a technical case which they were supposed to do but never did.. This service adviser did not even have the decency to return any of my phone calls. I left 7 messages over the course of 4 days to make an appointment. If you want good customer service at a dealership that strives to take care of there customers. DO NOT GO TO ED MORSE. Its very frustrating to buy a 33000 car that you don't even have for a month that has been in service 6 times at 3 different dealerships. More

He welcomes me and treats me like I am his only customer:) David truly cares about his customers and his staff! Even when I was living in Jupiter, I would drive down to Delray for service. My mom drives over an hour and a half from Port Saint Lucie in order to have her Toyota serviced! My cousin drives an hour to get her Toyota serviced here as well! I will always go here and I recommend Delray Toyota and David Romeo to everyone I know:) More

Taken advantage of and misled by salesman DON’T EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE!!! I’m a 77 year old widow and they sure saw me coming. I went in for a 2015 Camry SE, 6 cyl. w/leather seats. I en DON’T EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE!!! I’m a 77 year old widow and they sure saw me coming. I went in for a 2015 Camry SE, 6 cyl. w/leather seats. I ended up with a 4 cylinder, cloth seat for more than a 6 cyl. would cost at another dealer. The salesman actually convinced me that I had to pay full sticker price if I wanted their special financing deal. Other dealers told me that was not true. He would not negotiate the price of the car. Then he told me that because my trade-in had been in an accident, he could only give me $2000 because the car could not be re-sold. I saw my old car on their website the following week for $6900. I went back the next day to cancel the deal, but because there is no 3 day cancellation on a car purchase in Florida they wouldn't even discuss it but they did give me $1000 off the price and redid the purchase agreement. What does that tell you? I blame myself for not doing my research before I went to Ed Morse…but they really did take advantage of me. DON’T GO THERE!!! More
David Romeo ALWAYS to the rescue! Ed Morse Delray Toyota Scion and David Romeo are my HEROES!!! My son and I were stranded with a dead battery at the mall on Saturday. I called David R Ed Morse Delray Toyota Scion and David Romeo are my HEROES!!! My son and I were stranded with a dead battery at the mall on Saturday. I called David Romeo at 4:30pm - he walked me through everything I needed to do, and assured me we would be a priority today - Labor Day - a holiday of all days!! I was able to get a friend to jump start me so I could get my vehicle and 6-year-old son home! It wasn't pretty - that battery had seen its day. This morning, David contacted me to advise he was sending a tech to my home to replace my battery. I have NEVER had a dealership, let alone a service manager, treat me with such CARE!! The tech, Prat arrived and completed the installation within 15 minutes!! He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable! David followed up with me to be sure everything was handled and we were up and running again. I really cannot say enough about the wonderful service we receive from your dealership. David is a diamond and should be treated as such!! He treats us as if we are his own family, and sees to it this mom is never stranded!! THIS is why I travel from Coral Springs to Delray without hesitation. Your service!!! Wish there were more than 5 stars!!! :-) Thank you for ALWAYS treating us like family! THE BEST!!!!!! I recently brought my Chrysler Aspen in for service (preparing for a big road trip) at Ed Morse Delray Toyota. I met with Service Manager Dave Romeo I recently brought my Chrysler Aspen in for service (preparing for a big road trip) at Ed Morse Delray Toyota. I met with Service Manager Dave Romeo (AMAZING GUY!!!!!! A TRUE PROFESSIONAL) I advised him of my upcoming trip and wanted a full check of my vehicle. Though I've already had my vehicle in for A/C issues at Chrysler 2xs in the past year (Chrysler said A/C is fine.......NOT) I mentioned the issue to Romeo who looked further into it. He found the A/C to be very low on Freon (good job Chrysler) with the the likely hood of a leak going on. Furthermore, Mr. Romeo advised as a result of the conditions of the front brakes and the belt, he wouldn't let his own family go on a road trip in this vehicle. All were replaced along with a oil change and tire rotation. After dropping off my vehicle, I had to get to work. As a result of looking into the A/C issue, the vehicle was kept overnight for further evaluation. To avoid any inconvenience, Mr. Romeo had the vehicle dropped off at my work the next day. SERIOUSLY, how can you beat customer service like that???? YOU CAN"T!!!! THANK YOU MR. DAVE ROMEO!!! I WILL ONLY USE ED MORSE DELRAY TOYOTA FOR ALL MY VEHICLES SERVICE NEEDS More
