Came to my work & got my vehicle to determine if the back shocks or struts were needing replaced. I told them I needed it back by 2pm. Then transferred me over to the other store & determined the vehicle was as there but hadn’t even been looked at. I said I needed it back to my work as I was off for the day. I as told it would be brought back & someone would call me to reschedule a time to get it in. 4 days later & still no call. I’ve had multiple problems with them. More
