Bad car service We bought a 2012 Dodge Grand caravan and they wouldn't show us the service records on it. Then after we bought it the traction control light came on. We took it to them and they said it would come on by its self. Wrong answer I had 5 different mechanics tell me it won't come on by its self unless u hit the button. I had to take it to uptown motors to have them fix it right. Now we just spent alot of money in plugs coil pack and fuel injector cleaning service and 2 new tires also. So I say kreigers can take there cars and stick them where the sun don't shine and I will not go back there at all. So do not buy from them they will not show u anything on the service records at all. I asked for them more than once and they never would get them out fore to see. More

They were never pushy and made the atmosphere comfortable. They were more concerned with selling me what I want instead of what they want. I was very impressed with their professionalism.
