I reacently took my 2021 f-150 for service. was promised a rental and was not given one. They do not have a shuttle that will take me home. The service manager had to give my husband a ride home and we were a rental and was not given one. They do not have a shuttle that will take me home. My husband needed to go back to work but was unable to because they did not give us the rental car promised. communication is not their strong point. I told the guy in service if a rental was a big deal we would schedule the service another day. Instead of calling and telling me it was an issue he let us find out when we dropped my truck off. This is an issue with service all around they are slow and don't communicate with their customers. I have sat in the waiting area for 3 hours before for a simple oil change. WON'T BE BACK WITH MY TRUCK AGAIN!! More

We bought a 2021 Ford Escape a week ago and I must say I LOVE IT. Had a Ford 2013 Edge before that and I loved it at that time, tried the Escape and fell in love with it; right size for me; I can see out t LOVE IT.
