I applied online and Chase was the one who contacted me. I was a hot mess with a terrible car to trade in. I really didn’t think it was possible for me to get a different car. I was embarrassed, scared, nervous, etc. Chase was so understanding and made me feel so comfortable. He made all my negative feelings go away. He showed me the Nissan Rogue. Had me test drive it and I loved it. I honestly didn’t think it was possible but he never gave up nor did a guy named “Jay” who I never got to thank personally. But I will forever highly recommend everyone out there especially Chase Kruse. I don’t know if he will see this but thank you and thank you to your team for being so nice to me. Oh, Tyler, the finance guy was great too. The Rogue is a perfect car for my family. More
This is only about the service department. I scheduled service on my Ram and dropped it off the night before and came to pick it up around 4pm the next day. It hadn't been done. I took my truc I scheduled service on my Ram and dropped it off the night before and came to pick it up around 4pm the next day. It hadn't been done. I took my truck and left. I reschedule but had to cancel. About 2 weeks later I rescheduled and again dropped my Ram off the night before. Again around 4pm I came to pick up my Ram. There was no invoice, and I was told the service was free due to the issues. In the following days, noticing things not done and missing (IE oil change sticker) I returned and asked if they were sure the oil was changed? The young lady looked at my Ram and agreed my concerns may have been accurate. She went to ask the tech and it again had not been serviced. They rushed it in, and did it as I waited, but it wasn't exact the care and service I come to dealerships for. We all know I can get service at any speedy-mart at a much lower price. Yet I try to develop relationships of trust with my service department. I have to believe the things I'm told. If I receive honesty on an air-filter, it makes the bigger decisions a bit more believable. It's about trust, it's all about trust. Thanks for listening... More
Dealership picked up my car for an oil change and brought it back 7 hours later. A week later I needed to return for the additional repairs.
