When I scheduled my appointment online it showed there would be a $0 balance. I thought this was due to me still having complimentary oil changes from when I purchases the vehicle. I don't mind paying for the service, but it should show the estimated cost when scheduling online. Also, I requested a shuttle service. I was late due to circumstances outside my control, so the shuttle was not there; I expected this. However, they didn't even know I had requested it. They told me they were getting a sales person to help and it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the sales person came to give me a ride. There was an akward exchange as he asked me where I parked. I said where but that he was giving me a ride to work, why are we taking my car? I said I don't care we can take mine. He then offered another car to which I said, I don't care I just need to get to work. Got to work. A couple hours later I got a call that it was done. I asked if I could call back at lunch time to have the shuttle pick me up to take me back and get my car, to which they said yes. I called at lunch time and was told the shuttle driver is on lunch too. Okay, I paid over the phone and asked her to have the shuttle driver call me when they are here and I can come out. She asked if I wanted them to drop off my car and I said no as there is no dedicated parking spot and I didn't want to have to guess where they parked. An hour or so later, I got a call that my car was here and the guy was waiting outside to give me the keys....Overall, just no communication, no transparency on pricing, and services requested were not scheduled. I went in not expecting to walk out less than 2 hours later with my gladiator!! Jim was great to work with and kept me informed about what was going on.
