Dealer broke (bent) my hood lock for the Jeep, and then wouldn't admit they did it. When talking to the manufacturer the only way the damage (bending the latch) to the lock could have occurred is by someo wouldn't admit they did it. When talking to the manufacturer the only way the damage (bending the latch) to the lock could have occurred is by someone trying to pry or open the hood with a screwdriver to tool. (bent latch) Now, the dealership said that is was probably someone trying to break in, however the lock turned just fine before taking to the dealership, and no thief would re-latch the hood side latches, if that was their intention and would have probably damaged more. You could clearly see what had happened, and there were small scratches on the fenders where someone clearly leaned over the hood. If they had tried to unlock it, and it wouldn't unlock like they said, there would be no scratches on the fenders from leaning over trying to lift the hood because the lock in right in front. I'm sure you have overhead cameras on the bays and I believe that you would see this happening. I'm very disappointed in this service, and it seemed like it was also expensive for just an oil change, nothing else was done. I usually am pleased with service on this and other vehicles I take there. Not a good experience, not sure we will continue bringing vehicles in for service in the future. Just own up to it. The bent latch and tumbler was $20 with shipping, and you had the opportunity to make it right. More

Bill, at Ed Morse Dodge Ram dealership in Muscatine, had been a the only salesman I have ever worked with that has been over the top awesome after purchasing my Challenger from this dealership. I have had a been a the only salesman I have ever worked with that has been over the top awesome after purchasing my Challenger from this dealership. I have had a few appointments for rustproofing, lock repairs, and next will be dent removal, and he had been there to assist in seeing up the with, providing a loaner while they have the car, and reminds me of my appointments every step of the way! This kind of 5-start treatment is exactly how all dealerships should be and everyone would be a satisfied/loyalcustomer for life! I know I am! Thank you Bill, for going above and beyond! Love this guy!!!! More

I took my truck in for an oil change and paid $70. As the employee was leaving the shop with my truck, he took it out of drive as he was moving to rev it up. I was a little disappointed that it took over 4 hours to get an oil change and car checked over. I had an appointment at 11:00 and wasn't finish until 3:30. I have a feeling they put a few cars in ahead of mine. We have been with Kriegers for approx 50 years and don't care to be treated like this from Ed Morse. More
