Not happy about the mandatory etching cost. I thought about walking out over it . For this reason alone i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to a friend. I spent $30,000 on my 2019 Jeep, was told there were 2 key fob's for it and after I paid for it was told there was only one and I had to pay for getting another one if I wanted it. Almost 2 months later key fob's for it and after I paid for it was told there was only one and I had to pay for getting another one if I wanted it. Almost 2 months later I finally got another fob, I paid $182 of the total $364 which I was told is 1/2 price and my salesman told me he paid the other 1/2 out of his pocket. Salesman tried to take care of me but I don't think I should have paid anything out of pocket. I'm not impressed with this dealership so far. More
