Stay away from Ed Morse service and JoEllen Took our Cadillac Escalade in for service on an intermittent electrical problem. JoEllen was our service adviser and was the absolute worst. Communication - she told me no less than 3 times during the service that she would call at a defined time. Each time she failed to call as promised. Call the office and they have no idea whether she is in or out. Service - 3 days to look at my truck and at the end they only spent 2 hours on it and failed to find a problem. I took the vehicle home and had the problem occur the next day. I have purchased an Escalade and brought my vehicle in for service twice and each experience has been poor at best. I will not go back to Ed Morse or ever use JoEllen as a service adviser. I gave them a 1 star because 0 isn't an option More

Excellent customer service Called Ed Morse roadside service from my home at night to help with a tire I was afraid was flat. Within 20 minutes Jeff was here putting air in tire. Called Ed Morse roadside service from my home at night to help with a tire I was afraid was flat. Within 20 minutes Jeff was here putting air in tire. He advised us to call him in morning if it was flat again. 6:30 am next morning we called him, he again came over filled it with air and followed behind us to get car and us safely to dealership. Professional, caring, great roadside as well as dealership help to solve our problem. More

Because I had several trips planned I had to rent cars and then return them and rent again. Rosa made sure that I got back and forth from the dealership quickly and comfortably. She was pleasant, efficient and delightful to deal with. It was obvious to me (and I teach "Exquisite Customer Care" that this woman really truly cares about her customers and the distress they feel after an accident. She gets an A++ Thank you! More
