Great service at service department due to Kasey Brought my 2016 CTS V in for front tires, at the time of service I pointed out a defect in my steering wheel to the advisor on hand, he said he couldn Brought my 2016 CTS V in for front tires, at the time of service I pointed out a defect in my steering wheel to the advisor on hand, he said he couldn't help me . He was not the advisor I was set up to meet but he grabbed me coming through the door. Shortly after my advisor Kasey showed up, took my car in for the two front tires that I was purchasing and also took the time to look at my steering wheel and explained to me that yes it is defective and is covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. He then handled the whole situation seamlessly. I will forever go back there and deal with Kasey . Kasey is 5 star service. More

Exeeded my expectations I called Ed Morse on 7/24/18 and spoke to Kasey Salman a service advisor about a problem that I was having with my Cue touch screen. I was prepared to I called Ed Morse on 7/24/18 and spoke to Kasey Salman a service advisor about a problem that I was having with my Cue touch screen. I was prepared to pay the cost of replacing the unit because it was out of warranty. Ed asked if I could bring the car in and he would see if GM would give me a discount on the repair of the unit. I brought the car to Ed and sure enough he was able to get me a huge discount. Ed told me he had to order the part and it would be in the next day and that he would call me when it came in. Sure enough the very next day Ed called and said the part was in and if I want to bring the car right in he would see that it was fixed in an 1 1/2 hours. I brought the car right in and it was fixed within an hour and it turned out less money than Ed said it would be, that's how they exceeded my expectation. Great experience, honest people!!! More
