Bodyshop Review I would like to thank Duncan Popkins for the amazing service on my 2014 Toyota Camry. He treated me like I was a part of the Cadillac family and reall I would like to thank Duncan Popkins for the amazing service on my 2014 Toyota Camry. He treated me like I was a part of the Cadillac family and really took care of my car after a small incident. He also performed warranty work and it looks like it came off the showroom floor. The three times I was on your property I was always greeted by Caitlin Bustamante and she was always very kind and greeted me with a smile. I remember when I first walked in and seemed a little concerned that my car was going to a Cadillac Shop as a Toyota, she reassured me that you guys own a Toyota dealership also and the work would be exceptional. She could have not been more on target. Due to the Coronavirus Duncan was moved off my car and Ham Ahmed stepped in to assist, for a guy coming in off the bench, he saw the project to completion and did not miss a beat. Thank you Ham. This car is very important to me as I travel 100% for work and I am often driving. Again I cannot describe how excited I am to have it back, your entire team was fantastic. The painters were great, as well as those that did all the mechanical work and the final detail for pick-up was very nice to have. Thank you again to all that were involved. Dan Gray More

I arrived at the dealership at the time of my appointment. I was taken over to Mikes area. He told me the cost of the alignment and I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out they were $80 less than another Cadillac dealer I had previously visited. Mike came to find me in the waiting room and told me my car was finished. The car was washed and ready to go in less time than I expected. Excellent Mazda CX-5 Bodywork On Thursday September 26, 2019 I brought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 in for some bodywork after an incident on I-95 with some construction barrels on the right On Thursday September 26, 2019 I brought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 in for some bodywork after an incident on I-95 with some construction barrels on the right side of my car. While I didn't see any sheet metal damage, it looked like the car would require a partial paint job, and replacement of trim over the right rear wheel. I met with Dennis Ruggerio and showed him the car. He took the car over to the body shop, and using some chemicals was able to restore the paint and its finish. He ordered the replacement trim piece, and installed it on Wednesday October 2, 2019. I am very pleased that Dennis didn't try to take advantage of me and sell me a paint job that wasn't needed. He was a complete professional, and also very polite. I highly recommend Ed Morse repair shop for body work repairs. More
