Below is a summary of my experience at Ed Morse at Delaray. However, I was contacted by the General Manager of the dealearship, Richard Denahy (in response to my post through this service). He was v Delaray. However, I was contacted by the General Manager of the dealearship, Richard Denahy (in response to my post through this service). He was very curteous and listened to my complaints. He apologized for the experience, and was not at all defensive. He seems to get the adage that the customer is always right. More importantly, he refunded all of charges, and is sending a check to cover the expenses at the other shop. I feel very few managers would do this. So Mr.Denahy represented the dealership very well and was very professional. I am 45 years old and have never received such lousy service at a dealership or any type of auto repair shop. Firstly, my appointment time was scheduled an hour later than what I was told so I waited an additional hour for service while Mr. Fagen was at lunch. When I first arrived I was told by a service person named Randall that my 2003 CTS looked great, especially for its age, but was basically junk because it was based off the catera platform so, "it's just an opel", he said. When Mr. Fagan arrived they put the car in and an hour later diagnosed the car as having throttle body problems, and said it also needed a new sepentine belt. They said it would need a new throttle body and fuel filter for $1,328.00 and a new belt for $149.00. I looked at the belt and authorized them to install the new one. I asked what exactly was wrong with the throttle body and Mr. Fagen couldn't give me a straight answer, so he went and asked a tech and came back telling me a sensor was bad in the unit and it could no longer re-learn. I decided to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. I and asked them to clear the check engine code before we left, to see if it would re-code. Another gentleman (didn't get the name) hatefully told me they couldn't clear the code because, "I didn't want it fixed." In total, I was there for 4 hours (they had to get the belt from somewhere else because it wasn't in stock), and even the cashier was rude. She never smiled, mentioned our name, or so much as said thank you when we paid. In summary, 4 hours, smart alec comments, poor service, condecending attitudes, and the lack of even basic customer service. I luckily found German Auto World and Joe Barmichael. No new throttle body needed, just a bad connection that he repaired, and the car is back to normal. So on top of it all they were going to perform service not needed, with an expensive part not needed for over $1,300, and not even be courteous while doing so. More

With service as provided by "Marty", this is the dealer I am most likely to go to for my next Cadillac in the not too distant future. More
After having problems with headlights, I was told come in and I got 2 new lights and they fixed a few of my other concerns. The service advisor Garry Frommelt,was extremely helpful and got the ball rolling. and I got 2 new lights and they fixed a few of my other concerns. I came in for service for my 2011 SRX. I was greeted my Martin and he did the paperwork. He said I would wait approximately 1 hour. This is the second time I had service at this dealer and the first time was with Ken Fagen. Both visits were excellent since and I will keep coming back especially since I had bad experiences with another dealer, the dealer where I got the vehicle. More

He always goes out of his way to make sure that we are completely taken care of, have everything we need and is a valuable asset to this dealership.
