Rosa has an uncanny, second nature ability to alleviate all of those concerns. She updated me with prompt regularity and addressed every detail of the repair order. Her reassuring follow through is the very best of customer service. She coordinated all arrangements for car rental and transfer / return to the Toyota dealership for a service check up, She saved me so much time. I can say with certainty that I can count on Rosa to go the extra mile as she masters her responsibilities with ease. What I viewed as just another headache was transformed into a pleasant experience. She is committed to her job and by her own admission, loves what she does. Rosa was amazingly helpful, caring, and accommodating. I will definitely go back for other service related issues. And could possibly when it comes to buy new car get a Cadillac. Rude, nasty, beligerent staff I was dropping my vehicle off for collision service when I was greeted outside by their receptionist with an attitude. I asked her if she worked there and her response was "do you think I wear this cadillac shirt for fun?" I was looking at her face and did not see the word cadillac on her forehead, thats why I asked her the question. If that's indicative of customer treatment at Ed Morse then I can take my business elsewhere, and I would encourage you to do so too, unless you like abuse. More

Upon arrival, receptionist Sharon was friendly and helpful. I did not wait long to meet Estimator Rosa Cattaneo who proofed to be professional, detail oriented, friendly, knowledgeable and with excellent communication skills . My bumper and absorber were replaced with reasonable price. Bumper was painted with the color matching perfectly my 2009 car. Thanks for an exemplary service!!! More
My wife and I both have a Cadillac, and lately we have been experiencing electronic and computer problems. We have been using Garry Frommelt in the service dept for general service tires, oil changes, etc been experiencing electronic and computer problems. We have been using Garry Frommelt in the service dept for general service tires, oil changes, etc.. Computer and electronic problems can be very frustrating when they come and vanish quickly. But Gary treated each problem seriously and knowledgeable and was able to have these repairs completed at a reasonable cost if not covered by factory warranty.
