I recently purchased a used car from Cadillac Delray Beach, and although I didn’t opt for an extended warranty, I experienced exceptional customer service after an unexpected issue arose. Just a week af Beach, and although I didn’t opt for an extended warranty, I experienced exceptional customer service after an unexpected issue arose. Just a week after the purchase, my car’s transmission began acting up. I went back to the dealership, a bit concerned, but I was quickly reassured by the professionalism and dedication of Armando Davila, (Assistant General Manager). Mr. Davila personally took care of my car’s needs, ensuring that I was provided with a loaner—a Cadillac Lyriq, which I absolutely loved! I’m now planning to buy one for my wife because of this experience. Armando went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the repair process and making sure everything was handled efficiently. Because of this outstanding service, I wholeheartedly recommend Cadillac Delray Beach to anyone looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers. Armando’s commitment to his job and his genuine passion for helping people speak volumes about the level of service at this dealership. Cadillac Delray, you’ve got a fantastic team member in Mr. Davila—please recognize his incredible efforts and dedication! Sincerely, Eduardo Cardenas More

I recently had my 2018 ATS serviced and repaired. Joe Ortiz was my contact. Joe did everything he told me he would do. He called me couple times to update me on everything. He even had a back up plan if Ortiz was my contact. Joe did everything he told me he would do. He called me couple times to update me on everything. He even had a back up plan if necessary. Very nice, very efficient and very honest. I am thinking about buying another car at this dealership and the reason I would buy it here is because of Joe. More
Their service department takes advantage of women when they go there with a repair. Took my vehicle and the service advisor said the tires had to be the same as what was on the vehicle so the charge was h they go there with a repair. Took my vehicle and the service advisor said the tires had to be the same as what was on the vehicle so the charge was higher. When the service was complete, I looked and the tire was NOT the same and when I asked, the advisor, Jeffrey Jones stated, "I don't sell the original tires because they have stopped making them". When I showed them the exact tire at Walmart -they would not match the price(even though they advertise this) Mr. Jones said, "what do you want me to do, remove the tire now". Never priced matched and the manager said he would send me a gift card for $100.00 as long as I didn't report it. SCAM More

This is a review of the service department at Ed Morse Cadillac Delray. I purchased an XT4 2020 in Jan/Feb 20, sales department was great! Complimentary oil change fine, that was the end of good service. Cadillac Delray. I purchased an XT4 2020 in Jan/Feb 20, sales department was great! Complimentary oil change fine, that was the end of good service. My brakes started to squeak and due to Covid and business closures, I was not able to bring in to be checked until about one /two months after the cars 1 year anniversary. I scheduled an appointment, took the car there and was informed that because it was a month out of the one year warranty I would need to be charged to have it checked out beyond the service tech listening (which at first he tried to deny hearing) until basically all heads were turning listening to the squeaking. So obviously I continue to drive my "luxury" vehicle sounding horrible I am sure this will make bystanders run to buy an xt4. Now here is where I give them a second chance to do better, I was due for an oil change and was contacted to set up appointment, the representative on the phone informs me that there is a bogo on oil changes, I make the appointment and look for the special on line. I call the dealership and speak to Veronica and she informs me that there is a coupon however the sales manager will honor the bogo without the coupon and it will be noted in my record. Day of appointment, Mr Ortiz states this is not in record, calls manager and long and short of this story is this was confirmed by manager however I was called a liar because manager stated he told me that I needed to purchase this from the outside vendor. This never occurred. I left without car being serviced and will not be using them again. Poor customer service! More

We would like to congratulate General Manager James Lanzaro on having such professional staff members such as Rosa Cattaneo and Justin Powell, members of the Repair Facility. They manifested not only Lanzaro on having such professional staff members such as Rosa Cattaneo and Justin Powell, members of the Repair Facility. They manifested not only a professional demeanor but were most helpful in assisting us while our vehicle was being repaired. They were courteous and we found it a pleasure, as always, to deal such top-notch professionals. We will be acquiring our sixth Cadillac from Ed Morse at the end of this year and with all the dealerships we have dealt with over the years, Ed Morse Cadillac is the premiere of all agencies. We would not hesitate to recommend to family and/or friends this wonderful facility. More
Contacted Samantha and she connected with her Used Car Manager, Carlos to sell a Certified Cadillac Escalade. We offered a fair price slightly below their asking price and received agreement on the pric Manager, Carlos to sell a Certified Cadillac Escalade. We offered a fair price slightly below their asking price and received agreement on the price. When we asked for a Buyers Order, they decided to increase the price by 1495.00 and would not explain another 699.00 fee for registration also attached. The buyers order clearly showed registration, tags, licensing, and taxes separately as well as the rather large dealer prep/handling fee we approved. Samantha then replied that we were only 1200.00 difference, which clearly incorrect. She also suggested they cannot price a car and sell a car the same day, they need time to properly inspect the unit. So either they are selling "certified" units that truly have not been certified prior to advertisement, or they are looking to wait for wholesalers to price their used units first and low ball the client. (We provided written verification of pricing available at CarMax and Carvana for our trade) . We were willing to leave some meat on the used SUV, and even do financing for a small amount with dealer so they would profit on all ends of the sale. Clearly it was not enough to cover Samantha and Carlos commissions, so they decided to play the old school car selling games. (The General Manager was NO better) I would warn that the dealer already also charges a 999.00 dealer prep fee. That's pure profit for doing what they already need to do in order to sell cars. We even agreed to that fee in addition to the agreed pricing for Escalade purchase. They still chose to add the CPO fee back in afterwards, In 2021, even not taking Covid into thought, there is no need to low ball clients and demand they visit for hours and repeat visits to simply purchase a car. A retail sale should be fast, efficient, client service based, and truly putting the client first. This brings good reviews, repeat business, referrals, servicing, and quality surveys. The employees we worked with lacked empathy, integrity, and honesty. The old school car selling games remain here at Ed Morse Delray Cadillac. I would currently never consider using Samantha , Ed Morse Automotive Group, nor the Delray Cadillac location now, or in the future. More
