Before any work is attempted, Service Manager Steve Gianuzzi and Master Service Advisor Martin meticulously explain the issue, possible alternatives and pricing. There is never at anytime the use of high pressured sales pitches. The quality of work is peerless. We have never had to return to the dealership for inadequate or incomplete servicing. Products used are of premier quality and their durability exceeds our expectations. Every service visit ends with a thorough cleaning and polishing that surpasses the efforts of most commercial car washing services Even under the most trying circumstances (intense Florida temperatures - 98 degrees or more-, high humidity and heavy workloads, Mr.Gianuzzi (everyone calls him Steve) and Martin are witty, jovial and friendly. This positive attitude is true of all the other Ed Morse employees whom we have met. I would high recommend Ed Morse Cadillac dealership. Our over all experience was great. We test drove a car at another dealership and once we decided that we were going to get the cts luxury model it was r over all experience was great. I dealt with Jerry, the Internet manager and told him exactly what I was looking for, color, options etc. I told him I was shopping other dealerships and I needed his best price. He gave me his best price. Unlike all the other dealerships who didn't want to give a price and just said we can meet or beat any legit offer. Jerry just gave me a number and said this is the best we can do. No pressure, just happy to answer the several questions I had and said they would be available to test drive it whenever it was most convenient for us. His price was significantly better than everyone else. The other dealers were positive there would be other fees at signing or some kind of trick. He insisted the price was the price and no games. We went to test drive it hoping it was true and not one of those last minute oh we thought you meant the base model, bait and switch deal. When we got to the dealership with dealt with Don, 20 some years at this dealership who was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, showed us some features we didn't know the car had. As we were test driving it he had his people working on all the paper work. He gave us as much time as we needed to decide and not once did we feel pressured. From the time we said yes it took 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork while they detailed the car and filled the tank. 20 minutes and not 2 hours, unbelievable but true. From getting the price to driving away it was nothing but friendly, professional people. I highly recommend them. My wife absolutely loves the car and they could not have made it any easier than they did. Best part was that his price was significantly better than the rest. I have always thought of Cadillac as grandpa's car and figured we would be getting a mercedes or beamer but now I'm extremely impressed by the new CTS sedan. If you're in the market for a luxury car, all I can say is drive both and it will be a no brainer. Plus it feels great to buy an AMERICAN car not just because it's made here but because it's better.
