This was my most pleasant, trouble-free car buying experience ever (I have purchased at least a half dozen new cars and at least as many used vehicles, all from dealers). It was essentially a no-hassl experience ever (I have purchased at least a half dozen new cars and at least as many used vehicles, all from dealers). It was essentially a no-hassle experience with all my initial expectations met and/or exceeded. The car contains many features unfamiliar to me but all were effectively and efficiently explained by my sales rep. I felt completely at home and comfortable with the car before I even got it home. Obviously I've had no experience with the service aspect of this dealership, but from all observations that appears to be a well-run and clean facility. In fact, I'd like to think that the absence of cars awaiting service would be sure evidence of the high quality of the products (cars and SUVs) represented by this business.
