I came in for service for my 2011 SRX. I was greeted my Martin and he did the paperwork. He said I would wait approximately 1 hour. My car was done as promissed and Michael closed the visit and both gentle Martin and he did the paperwork. He said I would wait approximately 1 hour. The auto is great but BERNIE ZUCCARO is the most thorough patient and ever so knowledgeable about the working of this automobile. The word trust is not exactly what we felt as we shopped for our car but BERNIE ZUCCARO has that rare quality that made us feel so at ease because believe it or not we completely trusted and appreciated him. The nervousness that comes from making the decision should we or not was out of the equation and yes we are proud owners of our new car.
