We had been car shopping for several weeks when we decided to look at the SRX. We met Jeff and he was very personable and friendly. We were upfront with Jeff that we were not planning on buying, just decided to look at the SRX. We met Jeff and he was very personable and friendly. Jeff let us test drive a 2012 SRX, then walked us over to the certified pre-owned lot where we found the car we bought. My husband went back the next week and met with Richard and bought the certified preowned 2011 SRX. I went back a couple of mornings after we bought the car for Richard to go over some of the accessories of the car. There was no hard sale and we love the SRX. More
