I came in for service for my 2011 SRX. I was greeted my Martin and he did the paperwork. He said I would wait approximately 1 hour. My car was done as promissed and Michael closed the visit and both gentle Martin and he did the paperwork. He said I would wait approximately 1 hour. The auto is great but BERNIE ZUCCARO is the most thorough patient and ever so knowledgeable about the working of this automobile. The word trust is not exactly what we felt as we shopped for our car but BERNIE ZUCCARO has that rare quality that made us feel so at ease because believe it or not we completely trusted and appreciated him. The nervousness that comes from making the decision should we or not was out of the equation and yes we are proud owners of our new car. My boyfriend and I found Ed Morse Delray Beach on the internet and fell in love with the Car we bought. It had everything my boyfriend wanted and more. We drove an hour to go see it and talk to Joe and S internet and fell in love with the Car we bought. It had everything my boyfriend wanted and more. We drove an hour to go see it and talk to Joe and Steve and they were extremely sweet and kind to us. They always kept in touch with us or if we had questions they were there to answer and very quickly. We then drove up a second time once we got the awesome call from Patty that if we do a few more things then its pretty much a done deal. I was so excited but my boyfriend didn't want to get to excited until the keys were in his hand. Patty, Steve, and Joe went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it more then they know.
