Upon arrival, receptionist Sharon was friendly and helpful. I did not wait long to meet Estimator Rosa Cattaneo who proofed to be professional, detail oriented, friendly, knowledgeable and with excellent communication skills . My bumper and absorber were replaced with reasonable price. Bumper was painted with the color matching perfectly my 2009 car. Thanks for an exemplary service!!! More

Mike met us and went to HUGE trouble to find one and called us to see it a couple of days later. It was the perfect dream car for us BUT being British without an SSN and Florida licence, I needed to get insurance which turned out to be tough. Mike held the car for me and found out all about insurance for English drivers. We got insured and made a deal. We are SO happy with the car and he even went out of his way to get me a new handbook which was missing and I enjoy my weekly 'pit stops' at the customer service area and chat to Mike who always has helpful suggestions. He has also organised a personal tag for me. He made a big effort and I certainly will return to Ed. Morse for my next vehicle. Kindness and integrity pays! Thanks Mike! Best regards. Peter More

Although I have driven Cadillacs for 36 years, this was the first time I had been to Ed Morse Cadillac. Bernie provided the best service of any dealership I have dealt with. He located a car with the features I wanted (other dealerships had tried to sell me what they had). He also provided the best price. When I picked up the car, he patiently spent as much time as I needed to go over all the new technology. Bernie is a true professional and his prompt follow through is much appreciated. More

This car sold for a fraction of the price of a new Cadillac, but I was still given excellent service. Our salesman, Mike Simpson, was a real pleasure to work with! He was very helpful and made our car buying experience very easy. I did not encounter any of the unnecessary pressure and frustration that I have had to put up with at other dealerships.
