All our cars over the past 15 years, or so, were Mercedes...and we were trading in a 2006 ML-350. After seeing the new Cadillac XT5 we became very interested in this vehicle. Our salesman, Scott Ellis, was very pleasant and patient with my wife and me in explaining all the features of the XT5...from the mechanical to the extensive electronics. We also took a test drive and liked the way the car handled. When we were ready to close the deal, I said there was one more factor...it had to fit in our garage. Again, Scott was very patient and we drove the XT5 to our house to check the fit...it fit! Scott then went over the electronics in detail, helped us set up the XT5 as our own, registered us with the My Cadillac App on our iPhones and the OnStar system and carefully explained services provided by Ed Morse Cadillac. Overall, we were very pleased with our salesman, Scott and our experience with this dealership. More

He will go to incredible extents to make sure you are taken care of, no matter what. If it wasnt for him I would not only be without a car, but most likely would have lost my job as well due to repetitive issues with my vehicle. My management team was getting tired of hearing the same excuse and I couldnt upgrade my vehicle due to other issues right now in my life and Marty saw my situation for what it was.....and I could tell he cared.
