This past week, I received a friendly email from Paul Betteridge. Paul reached out to me to schedule an appointment to take a look at some vehicles. He said I should stop in and browse the inventory to get a feel of what I was in the market for. With so many vehicles, it can be hard to make that final decision. But Paul knew EXACTLY what model, trim and color I would want, and set me up on a test drive with Scott. Both Paul and Scott are really great guys. As we drove around, Scott pointed out the newer features on the XT5 that my previous car didn't have. It was exactly what I wanted, and the whole process went quick once Gil went through all the paperwork that was involved. Paperwork is always that one dreaded part of the car buying process but Gil made it quick and seamless. One of the managers, Chris, stopped in to see how everything was going and wanted to make sure everything was A-OK. It was better than "okay", It was a perfect experience all the way round. My shiny new XT5 is now my new set of wheels!! Scott took great care to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. He was kind enough to setup the OnStar for me and handled all of that while I was in the finance office. Paul, Scott, Gil, and Chris are all really great guys.
