Above and beyond I have had the pleasure of working with Murray Bruner for almost 5 years now on 2 Cadillacs, I really appreciate how he takes his time to explain all I have had the pleasure of working with Murray Bruner for almost 5 years now on 2 Cadillacs, I really appreciate how he takes his time to explain all service aspects/options in detail. My greatest concern when it comes to maintenance and repairs is always "how much is this going to cost?" as I am not independently wealthy and one of my greatest expenses is my auto. This is where I feel Murray has continued to go above and beyond for me in how he breaks down all aspects of the service in a logical manner all while keeping my best interest in mind throughout the process. In regards to the rest of the crew - I have always been happy with their service. They are very professional and efficient. More

By far the best dealership service i've ever had I would like to Thank Joesph Ortiz and the Ed Morse team for going above and beyond to make sure that my car was well taken care of. Joesph personally called/text me with stauts updates and was always providing quick sulotions and ensuring that everything was taken care of properly. I couldnt have asked for better service he even kept my car and drove it himself just to make sure that i wouldnt have any issues when it was returned to me. So again i would just like to say a huge thank you to Joesph and his team they are the best and most friendly Cadillac Dealership!!!!! I would defaintly say not to waste your time with any other Cadillac dealerships because i did and until i brought my car to Ed Morse i was truly disatified with service and workmenship. More

We fell in love with it! We were interested in leasing a Cadillac XT5 ever since seeing it on the road and also in the commercials on television so, today, we took a ride to t We were interested in leasing a Cadillac XT5 ever since seeing it on the road and also in the commercials on television so, today, we took a ride to the Ed Morse Cadillac Dealership where we were greeted by Alan Berkowitz. His warmth and friendliness had us from "hello!" We went inside and he showed us the car. We took it for a test drive and our desire to own this car was clinched! We sat with Alan and went over various payment options, chose the best one for us, and after being shown all of the XT5's "bells and whistles" we drove off in our new car! Alan took care of EVERYTHING! He even helped us clean out our older car, removed various stickers that needed to be transferred to the new XT5, and even went as far as installing our NY Yankees license plate frame on our new car.....even though he's a Phillies fan! We couldn't have been happier with the ease of the purchase, Alan's patience with us when dealing with our questions, his warmth and sense of humor, and the overall satisfaction we received with everyone we came into contact with at Ed Morse Cadillac. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in owning one of their fabulous cars. Ask for Alan Berkowitz and tell him Liz and Mike sent you! You'll be glad you did! More
