i love ed morse cadillac i called for a same day service appointment.they said about two hours and i said great as i had an meeting in the area and it would work out perfect.i i called for a same day service appointment.they said about two hours and i said great as i had an meeting in the area and it would work out perfect.i should mention i live in west palm.well my meeting was cancelled so i went to the dealership to see if they could get in.i went in and was greeted by two employees and they took me to see kasey salman.he said no problem and he try to expeide my service.he kept informed and even bought to my attention ihad a nail in my tire.this kind of service keeps bringing me back More
Exeeded my expectations I called Ed Morse on 7/24/18 and spoke to Kasey Salman a service advisor about a problem that I was having with my Cue touch screen. I was prepared to I called Ed Morse on 7/24/18 and spoke to Kasey Salman a service advisor about a problem that I was having with my Cue touch screen. I was prepared to pay the cost of replacing the unit because it was out of warranty. Ed asked if I could bring the car in and he would see if GM would give me a discount on the repair of the unit. I brought the car to Ed and sure enough he was able to get me a huge discount. Ed told me he had to order the part and it would be in the next day and that he would call me when it came in. Sure enough the very next day Ed called and said the part was in and if I want to bring the car right in he would see that it was fixed in an 1 1/2 hours. I brought the car right in and it was fixed within an hour and it turned out less money than Ed said it would be, that's how they exceeded my expectation. Great experience, honest people!!! More

Drivers seat lateral movement and clicking noise. I returned to this dealership for one reason only, Service Advisor and friend Kasim “ KC “ Salman. I used to take my corvette to Lou Bachrodt Chevrole I returned to this dealership for one reason only, Service Advisor and friend Kasim “ KC “ Salman. I used to take my corvette to Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet where KC worked and then my first Escalade since most of the local Cadillac dealerships routinely fell way short on the service they provided. This seat issue on my current Escalade was clicking when I drove it out of the showroom in July 2016. After several visits to the local dealerships and no resolution I decided to finish out the lease with the clicking sound. Then KC took a position at Ed Morse of Delray and now my seat is fixed. The tech that replaced the seat parts was named Gary and he did a great job in really making an effort to see that the repair was done right. More
