It was as painless as possible. Alan then went thru all the numerous bells and whistles on the car. He clearly explained how to use everything and set up all the functions as needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We were then turned over to the Finance department. James Owens handled our transaction. He too was knowledgeable and courteous.
