Our advisor, Alan Berkowitz, was friendly, yet professional, educating us about what was available based on answers we provided. After finally, test driving (2) vehicles, we worked with Finance Manager, Jeff Stewart, who, like Alan was very professional, thorough and exceptionally well versed and knowledgeable. One dealership actually sold the car we were buying and didn’t tell us. When we went to pick up the car they tried giving us a different car. Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray Beach made buying a car a pleassure. Paul Betteridge followed up and made sure everything was right and Alan Berkowitz was so pleasant and went out of his way to please us.
