They informed us, worked with us to find an alternative, and went way beyond our expectations in making sure we got what we wanted and had a great experience despite some setbacks. I would never go to any other dealer for a Cadilac. Ed Morse is head and shoulders better in every way from our sales Person Alan Berkowitz, to the sales manager Chris Atkins to the money person Chris Wallace. All these people were patient, kind and patient with us. They went way beyond our expectations in making us happy customers and we are more than satisfied with our experience in purchasing a New XT4. Exceptional Service I was searching for a good deal. Doug Rottman from Internet Sales was my first contact at Ed Morse and he explained the current inventory and differe I was searching for a good deal. Doug Rottman from Internet Sales was my first contact at Ed Morse and he explained the current inventory and different options of finance and lease programs available over the phone without the heavy sales pitch which I appreciated.He sent me several emails showing different vehicles and price option xxxxxxand cons. After a couple of days later I went and visited the dealership and Doug introduced me to his Salesman Ron Boggs. Ron was great and was very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. Ron has a uper relaxed style about him and made me feel like I was kicking the tires with pal. If he didn’t think an option was worth it he’d say so or if he vice versa. Again no heavy sales pitches. I have gone thru this car purchasing process many many times and I will say this was the best car buying experience to date. Ron is the kind of guy you’d go have a beer with. Then it was into the finance office and Chris Walker had me out of there in record time with his knowledge and efficiency. The paperwork Was already printed out and he walked me thru the signature pages taking time to explain what I was signing etc. Car was washed and prepped and looked stunning as I drove off.
