Alan has shown me the way to being one with my Cadillac I have not ever leased a car before, talking with Alan just old school, I think we went to same old school along the way, always thought to buy outrig I have not ever leased a car before, talking with Alan just old school, I think we went to same old school along the way, always thought to buy outright, but now I have been new schooled by the new teacher Alan Berkowitz, and leasing for my situation is perfect and will have a new car every 39 months and live happily every after. Wait there is more, I get what ever color options and all the bells and whistles I want. Yahoo It is good to be King. Now my girlfriend Tammy wants one. Couldn't Get New Tags My temp tags expired before I could get normal ones. Scott my salesman hung up on me because I said "It's not F'in normal to have temp tags expire be My temp tags expired before I could get normal ones. Scott my salesman hung up on me because I said "It's not F'in normal to have temp tags expire before getting new ones" and wife has been frustrated driving on expired tags while Scott drives on good ones I'm sure. He cusses during sale with me, but you can't cuss when you need him after the sale apparently. Again, he's driving on good tags I'm sure so hey, it's not his problem my wife isn't. Finally we went to the DMV ourselves and were told the dealership had to do this... so again we called the dealership and they sent them that afternoon (which means the tags were sitting at the dealership). For how long, I do not know. Horrible customer service after the sale from Scott and no help mixed with a ton of personal time chasing down getting legit tags so my wife could feel comfortable driving without getting pulled over. More

Even called me the next morning to see if everything was OK. Christopher Walker and Jordan Acker also helped make this a wonderful experience. This dealership was a pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to go back to Ed Morse when I need a new car. More
