Stellar Service that went Above and Beyond Who goes to a Cadillac dealership to buy a Lincoln? I did. And I got Tim Jacques to be my spiritual guide and dedicated salesman. I can't say enough a Who goes to a Cadillac dealership to buy a Lincoln? I did. And I got Tim Jacques to be my spiritual guide and dedicated salesman. I can't say enough about this professional's support and kindness after my trade-in was in a terrible accident the day before the deal was to be consummated. Even though the car was totaled, Tim went to work and repackaged the deal, with the support of Chis Walker. It took two additional weeks to close the sale and Tim was on the phone with me every day lending his support and guidance through numerous insurance issues and crazy circumstances too numerous to mention. But at the end of the day, my beautiful MKX Suv was shined and waiting for me. It now sits proudly in my driveway as a reminder of the great experience I had working with Tim and the team that supported him. I had been looking into some use Escalade but when i saw the XT6 i knew it was what i wanted. Murray who has been my service guy for years (and they are great at service) introduced me to Alan Berkowitz and it was a deal in maybe an hour. We were going to trade in my wifes 2013 and Chris Atkins came in and made a great offer, but we decided to give it to a relative instead. My time in finance was faster then ever with no pressure just explaining a couple maintenance options. Alan spent 30 minutes or so showing me all the new gadgets in the XT6 and i was on my way. I have received a couple follow up emails and phones calls from Alan making sure all is good. This is by far the best dealership i have worked with over my 46 years of driving and buying over 20 vehicles and i will stick with them. thanks guys for doing it right. More
