A great dealer experience I called to schedule an appointment for a wheel alignment on my 2018 CTS.. I was transferred to Mike Beas. We easily scheduled an appointment. I arrived at the dealership at the time of my appointment. I was taken over to Mikes area. He told me the cost of the alignment and I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out they were $80 less than another Cadillac dealer I had previously visited. Mike came to find me in the waiting room and told me my car was finished. The car was washed and ready to go in less time than I expected.
